Growing up, Dan O'Sullivan aspired to write about sports for a living. Years later he realized his dream, only to abandon it after tiring of interviewing sweaty, naked men twice his size.
As a journalist, Dan crisscrossed the country covering professional and college football for ABCSPORTS.com and ESPN.com. His byline has also appeared on ABCNEWS.com and in several Boston-area newspapers.
In his younger years and as a Pen, Dan has pumped out Web site copy, brochures, speeches, newsletters, training materials and much more.
Before co-founding The Hired Pens, Dan was a content strategist with the business consultancy Sapient. If you're like his mother, you're probably wondering, "What in God's name is a content strategist?" But that's a story for another day …
Dan holds an M.A. in mass communication from Boston University and a B.A. in political science from the College of the Holy Cross.
